Use of latest software
Backed by five product design engineers with one to five years' experience and 10 mold design engineers, we can create one to two new products every month, and samples can be made in 25 days. We use the latest software such as PRO/ENGINEER, SOLID WORK, UG, AUTO-CAD from the design of product and mould as well as CNC programming process.
Certification of RoHS, CE, EN, and UL
10 QC members with one to five years' experiences execute inspection from material incoming to final shipment with the steps of FAI, CPK, electrode inspection, machining process inspection, injection parameter record, tooling steel dimension control, steel materials from brand manufacturer with guarantee, heat treating with guarantee, and IPQC control during the manufacturing. And our raw materials obtained RoHS and FDA certification and are imported from Japan, the US and Europe. Based on these conditions, our products successfully passed the certification of RoHS, CE, EN, and UL.
